Job summary

Broadridge Canada seeks a bilingual Customer Success professional to manage relationships with large financial services clients in Toronto and Montreal. You will drive product adoption, coordinate implementations, and enhance client satisfaction.

With 5+ years in a client-facing role and fluency in French and English, you will work across teams to deliver value, support after-hours coverage, and contribute to a hybrid work model in Canada.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years bilingual (French and English) experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer service.
• Experience building client relationships and acting as a business partner and trusted advisor.
• Experience with financial services technology and products.
• High level understanding of Canadian taxation and various tax slips.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English, time management, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for large financial services clients, maintaining regular communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries timely and completely.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to assess satisfaction and align on goals.
• Lead client demonstrations to increase awareness of tools and offerings.
• Support Enterprise Customer Success Partners with day-to-day activities and reporting.
