Role Details

This contract role reports to the Manager of Remarketing and is based at our Markham Head Office.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (bilingual required)
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to connect with dealerships and customers
• Team-oriented, flexible, proactive
• Experience in inbound/outbound call centers is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage remarketing lists and follow up on leased vehicles' return
• Collect outstanding/excess charges
• Answer calls, process paperwork, extend lease contracts, handle dealer reports
• Resolve issues at lease end (payouts, invoices, deposits)
• Prepare vehicles for auction
