Job Description:
  1. Build strong customer relationships by handling billing inquiries and providing top-tier support
  2. Connect with customers via phone, chat, and email on topics like returns, order status, product availability, and more
  3. Access and verify account details to ensure accurate assistance
  4. Identify customer needs and recommend helpful solutions
  5. Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and the customer experience is seamless
Qualifications:
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent at minimum.
  • You must be able to effectively communicate, read, and write in both French and English within a professional environment. Your bilingual proficiency should be strong enough to engage in business-related conversations and correspondence.
  • You will be required to hardwire your computer to a modem with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload). Wireless (WiFi) access is not permitted. All other necessary computer equipment and accessories are provided.
  • A knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent.
  • A private and dedicated workspace free of distractions and noise (e.g., roommates, children, spouses, pets, radio, TV).
  • Training is 100% mandatory to ensure your success. We are unable to accommodate any misses, time off, or tardiness during this period.
  • Qualified applicants will be required to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process.
