Bilingual Claims Service Representative (Overnight) *Remote work* Full-Time, (Mississauga, ON, Canada)

Join ClaimsPro LP as a Bilingual Claims Service Representative (Overnight) *Remote work* Full-Time, (Mississauga, ON, Canada).

Role Summary

Provide immediate, customer-focused assistance to policyholders reporting insurance claims. Document initial loss details and activities to ensure timely, service-oriented call handling. Determine if immediate adjuster attention is required based on protocol and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Shift Details
  • Shift work on a seven-day rotating basis between 12AM to 8AM.
  • Training scheduled from 4PM to 12AM for 3-4 weeks.
Candidate Requirements
  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English.
  • This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
  • Remote work requires high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download and upload).
Preferred Qualifications

Completion of Insurance Institute courses such as Essentials of Loss Adjusting (C110), Automobile (C14), Property (C12), and Principles and Practices (C11) is preferred.

Training & Work Environment

Initial training will be conducted in-office; post-training, shifts can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Review ECS call reports for proper termination and accuracy.
  • Provide high-level personalized customer service.
  • Arrange dispatch of adjusters or vendors when necessary.
  • Handle inquiries and manage ECS menu operations.
  • Maintain database of service lapses, analyze trends, and report to management.
  • Assess claim information to determine next steps per client guidelines.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Minimum 1-year administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance or related industry preferred.
  • Strong computer and phone skills with a quick learning ability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English and French.
  • Attention to detail.
