Qualifications

• Process deposits, withdrawals and bill payments per procedures and TD Code.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate when needed.
• Promote TD solutions to achieve business goals accurately and timely.
• Engage customers with clear, courteous explanations of banking processes.
• Support a positive, diverse team environment and share information openly.
