Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in West Vancouver to help customers with everyday banking needs. You will process transactions, understand customer needs, and promote TD banking solutions with accuracy and discretion.

The position requires a high school diploma and strong organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office; and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with diverse customers.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following standardized procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, using discretion with confidential information.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues as necessary.
  • Meet business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing mandatory processes promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about banking solutions and procedural obligations.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness, respect coworkers, keep everyone updated on routine activity status, and recommend improvements for operational excellence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience; an undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • A go‑getter who exercises initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation while managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Dynamic communicator with customer‑experience skills, capable of connecting both verbally and in writing with different audiences in a calm, courteous, professional manner.
  • Knowledge of Cantonese and/or Korean language skills considered an asset.
