Job summary

Petro-Canada is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the National Wholesale Sales network from our Calgary head office. You will provide best-in-class service and manage customer relationships for existing and new wholesale customers.

The role requires fluent English and French, 5+ years in a related field, and strong CRM and data management skills. You will work in an office-based, 40-hour week with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Credit

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• 5+ years of experience in business, sales or marketing.
• A post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CRM activities for existing and new accounts, pricing and tax exemptions.
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Downstream Sales and related teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to set up new accounts while ensuring fuel supply reliability.
• Create reports and provide recommendations using Petro-Canada’s product management platforms.
