Job summary

Turf Care Products Canada Limited is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service & Parts Representative to join our bilingual team, supporting both French and English-speaking customers in a fast-paced environment. You will process quotes and orders in our ERP, provide product and parts information, and collaborate with sales, service, shipping, and purchasing to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of customer service, inside sales, or parts-related experience.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Post-secondary education in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide bilingual customer service for French and English customers.
Process quotes, orders, returns in ERP.
Communicate order status and shipping updates to customers.
Support sales initiatives and customer relationships.
Collaborate with sales, service, shipping, and purchasing to ensure a positive customer experience.
Research and provide technical product information to customers.
