Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the Oil and Gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. You will provide best-in-class service and manage relationships with wholesale customers across the National Wholesale Sales network.

The position is office-based with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will be fluent in French and English, hold post-secondary education, have CRM experience (D365), and strong communication skills to support sales,

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (Business, Sales, Marketing).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to CRM activities for existing and new accounts.
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for downstream sales and credit teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams including Direct/Inside Sales and Account Managers.
• Ensure new accounts comply with security and reliability requirements for fuel supply.
• Create reports based on customer needs.
• Provide trusted recommendations and best practices to optimize Petro-Canada’s product management platforms.

A typical day:

• Coordinate, create, and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing accounts and establishing new accounts, pricing, and tax exemptions.
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Downstream Sales and Credit teams, including: Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, Petro-Pass accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, including: Direct/Inside Sales, Distribution Asset Management, Account Managers, Credit, Invoicing, Training.
• Ensure new accounts comply with security and reliability requirements for fuel supply.
• Create reports based on customer needs.
• Provide trusted recommendations and best practices to optimize Petro-Canada’s product management platforms.
