Job summary

Airswift is looking for a bilingual Sales Support Representative to join our Calgary office and support wholesale customers nationwide. You will manage CRM activities, creation of accounts, pricing and tax exemptions, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure reliable fuel supply.

Fluency in French and English, 5+ years’ related experience, and a relevant degree are required. This contract position is based in Calgary with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in business, sales or marketing.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create and respond to CRM activities for existing or new accounts, pricing and tax exemptions.
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Downstream Sales, Credit and associated accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to maintain and set up new accounts while ensuring reliable fuel supply to customers.
• Create reports based on customer needs and provide recommendations for Petro-Canada's platforms.

Airswift is looking for: Bilingual Sales Support Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Duration: 1-year contract (with possibilities of extension)

As a Sales Support Representative, you will provide best-in-class service and customer relationship management to existing and new wholesale customers across our National Wholesale Sales network.

Requirements:

• Able to write and speak fluently in French and English.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (i.e. business, Sales and Marketing)
• A post-secondary education, or undergraduate degree, in a relevant field of study
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, create and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing accounts or the establishment of new accounts, pricing and tax exemptions.
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for the Downstream Sales and Credit teams, including Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, and Petro-Pass accounts.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams which include Direct / Inside Sales, Distribution, Asset Management and Account Managers, Credit, Invoicing, in maintaining and setting up new accounts while ensuring the security and reliability of fuel supply to customers.
• Create reports based on customer needs and provide trusted recommendations and best practices to utilize Petro-Canada's product management platforms.

Location and Other Key Details:

• This is an office based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office.
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
