Qualifications

• Shift availability 7:30am–9:00pm EST.
• Exemplary written and spoken English and French communication.
• Customer service experience in banking or call center.
• Strong knowledge of common computer applications and ability to learn new systems.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level telephone support for RBC Cash Management apps.
• Resolve client inquiries and guide users to root cause.
• Act as 2nd level support for Pay Employee Vendor token issues.
• Investigate payments and escalate complex issues.
• Document activities to maintain accurate client history.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and mutual support.
• Engage in ongoing personal development and information sharing.
• Maintain high service standards to clients and coworkers.
