Job summary

RBC in Shawville, Quebec, is seeking a client-focused banking professional to support everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. You will engage with clients in-branch and the community, demonstrating digital banking, and collaborating with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first in a target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships with clients.
• Fluency in English and French to serve clients with bilingual needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs and opportunities.
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Respond to client-initiated contact with a full range of financial transactions.
• Listen actively to understand individual client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Own and prevent banking problems by addressing issues promptly.
• Cultivate relationships with RBC partners to maximize referrals and opportunities.
