Job summary

RBC is seeking an in-branch Banking Ambassador to support new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships. You will deliver exceptional service, guide clients through transactions, and identify opportunities to promote RBC capabilities.

Role requires travel across RBC locations, a part-time schedule (25 hours/week), and bilingual English/French communication to serve diverse client needs in Canada. Location: Longueuil area, with address at 1100 Rue Du Lux, Brossard.

• Bilingual English and French required to serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an outstanding service experience through transactions and by identifying sales opportunities.
• Focus on education and demonstration; leverage technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive solutions.
• Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, or referring clients to RBC partners.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
• Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines and controls.
