Job summary

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it (Investment Funds in Canada or CSC)
• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first in a target-driven sales environment
• Problem-solving and people skills to build strong client relationships
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, high ethics, success-driven mindset
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
• Bilingualism (English and French) required to serve clients' needs

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales/referral opportunities
• Focus on client education and demonstrate digital banking tools to deliver a memorable client experience and retain business
• Respond to client-initiated contacts and assist with a full range of financial transactions
• Actively listen to understand individual client needs and tailor solutions
• Proactively resolve banking problems and prevent issues from occurring
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities
