You will provide high-level support and customer service to teams, communicating with store leaders, HR, clinics, adjusters, and legal representatives.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; professional certifications and licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and navigate the complete lifecycle of workers' compensation and general liability claims.
• Evaluate and review all claim intake paperwork for accuracy.
• Ensure the claim files follow company best practices.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the third-party administrator within 24 hours of receipt.
• Report incidents and injuries to the third-party administrator within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain incident and claim information in logs and SharePoint folders.
• Monitor required paperwork submission to the third-party administrator.
• Communicate with injured employees and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Ensure proper medical treatment and modified work restrictions are followed.
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in claims handling.
• Communicate with adjusters, legal representatives, and others with questions within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Safety Department on workplace safety investigations.
• Prepare and analyze disbursement and activity reports from Third Party Administrators.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive claim information.
• Other duties as assigned.
