Job summary

Securian Canada in Montreal (QC) or Toronto (ON) is seeking a bilingual Claims Care Analyst to assess credit insurance and Credit Card Payment Protection claims end-to-end, evaluating contractual, medical, functional and occupational information to determine eligibility.

You will deliver timely, accurate decisions with a strong customer focus, demonstrating rigour and commitment to quality; the base salary ranges CAD 55,000 to CAD 70,000 depending on experience, with a 6-month contract.

As a Bilingual Claims Care Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assessment of credit insurance and Credit Card Payment Protection claims, including life, disability, critical illness, and job loss insurance.

In this role, you will evaluate contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information to determine benefit eligibility in accordance with certificate provisions, established processes, and internal and external policies.

You will make timely, accurate claim decisions while delivering exceptional service to insured clients and a variety of stakeholders. Your ability to balance attention to detail with a strong customer focus will help ensure a positive experience for those who rely on our support.

The base salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
