We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in supporting our clients as they define their projects. Working ahead of the technical teams, this person will analyze business needs and processes, then collaborate with our experts to identify and shape the right solutions. They will also help improve and develop tools to effectively document the information gathered.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, identify, document, and define the client's business context;
  • Assist clients in determining the value of their projects;
  • Perform user needs analysis and document findings for the implementation team;
  • Convert business needs and objectives into functional requirements;
  • Participate in the design of solutions and specify business rules;
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders (internal and external) and assume a frontline advisory role;
  • Propose working methods, templates, or tools to increase efficiency.
Success Factors:
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English;
  • Customer experience orientation;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Development, Management, Business Informatics, or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in web, software, or video game development industry;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

  • Experience in project scoping and evaluation;
  • Understanding of issues faced by small and medium-sized businesses;
  • Experience delivering various projects in different verticals;

Employment Details:
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, in-person);
  • Salary range: $92,000 – $115,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
