Job summary

Travel throughout the territory is essential, with 40‑50% time in dealerships and strong emphasis on data‑driven growth, program participation, and post‑trial conversions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years’ Industry Experience in the Automotive Sector is preferred
• Prior experience in customer facing industry is valued
• Work as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Staff would also be an asset
• Experience with outbound calls in both English and French is essential

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales growth by achieving monthly revenue targets and dealer adoption and ordering goals
• Grow dealer adoption and factory ordering of SiriusXM’s extended service subscription option
• Spend 40-50% of working time in dealerships, engaging management and staff to secure commitments
• Build partnerships with New Vehicle Sales, Pre-Owned and Service departments to expand participation
• Develop and execute account and territory action plans to deliver measurable results
• Coach dealership personnel through in‑person training on SiriusXM features and programs
• Use dealership performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve participation
• Execute merchandising, marketing initiatives, and sales incentives
