Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Motorola National Wireless Dealer Lead to build high-trust relationships with dealer management and drive sales across Canada. You will educate and advocate for Motorola devices, using data-driven store-level strategies in English and French.

You will manage a dealer contact matrix, create account plans, and lead trainings and field programs while traveling across Canada and collaborating with internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business.
• 1+ years of training experience in selling technical devices or products.
• 3+ years of wireless service and device sales experience.
• 1+ years of carrier locations experience; bilingual in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dealer field management.
• Meet with higher-level market contacts to conduct trainings and generate opportunities.
• Actively drive sales results within your dealer network and track sell-through.
• Develop account plans using store-level data to identify gaps and focus areas.
• Design and run field programs to motivate dealer teams and move product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and resolve dealer needs.
• Travel across Canada up to 50% regularly.
