Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries within contact center operations and quality standards.
• Determine customer needs through questioning and active listening.
• Review customer files and provide mediation per MCI policies.
• Generate letters and emails to customers.
• Follow up with customers via letters, emails and calls.
• Escalate inquiries when needed and coordinate with Supervisor, Customer Assistance.
• Process requests for changes to personal information.
• Stay current with policies, product information and tools.
• Coordinate with departments or dealers to fulfill requests.
• Handle inquiries across Product/Service/Repair/Marketing/Vehicle Sales.
• Place outbound calls to support marketing programs.
• Participate in focus groups and special assignments.
