You will follow scripts, identify issues, research solutions, and document all interactions in our system while seeking opportunities to upsell products and services. Strong attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, call centre experience is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
• Strong professional attitude with reliable attendance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent time management, communication and organization skills.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced service environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional, friendly manner.
• Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
• Identify issues, research solutions, and provide clear resolutions or alternatives.
• Upsell Miele products and services where appropriate.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Document all customer interactions clearly in the call centre database.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and performance.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, both qualitative and quantitative.
