Job summary

The Manitoba government is seeking a bilingual Administrative Secretary (AY3) to provide essential administrative, reception, and office support services in the Regional Social Services, Community Services and Supports division in Morden, Manitoba.

You will handle reception, coordinate meetings, manage filing, verify expense claims, and assist staff and clients. Fluency in English and French, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to organize and work independently are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience performing varied administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Experience performing reception duties, including screening and directing calls, operating multi-line phone systems, and responding to client and public inquiries.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
  • Effective English verbal communication skills.

Duties
