Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Reporting to the Manager Health Services , the incumbent acts as a receptionist, greeting and providing requested information and directs to clients, families and visitors and is responsible for the provision of secretarial and administrative support services to Child and Youth Treatment Services (CYTS). The incumbent will maintain a line of accountability to their assigned areas in matters relating to the day to day functions of the position. These functions are undertaken consistent Shared Health policies, and with Child and Youth Treatment Services established philosophy, objectives, and procedures. This position requires the candidate to work one (1) day a week from 10:00am – 6 :00pm.
