Job summary

The Pas MB The Manitoba government is seeking a District Clerk (CL3) on a regular full-time basis within Public Service Delivery, District Four, Asset Management. The role supports payroll, financial administration, and office operations.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining records, liaising with stakeholders, and providing administrative support to staff. Equity and diversity are emphasized in the hiring process.

  • Completion of a post-secondary program in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Conditions of Employment
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must provide and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check or Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, may be required for certain positions
  • Must provide and maintain a satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check and / or Adult Abuse Registry Check, may be required for certain positions
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver’s Licence, may be required for certain positions
  • Must have access to a vehicle and the ability to travel throughout Manitoba, may be required for certain positions
