Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Agribusiness, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or Accounting/Finance.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn with an independent, proactive approach.
• Available full-time for a 4-month term, May–Aug.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of employee health, retirement, and wellness programs
• Assist with processing benefit enrolments and maintaining accurate employee data
• Reconcile benefit-related payroll deductions and identify discrepancies
• Conduct data audits to ensure benefit information is complete and accurate
• Investigate and resolve routine benefit data and deduction discrepancies
• Respond to basic employee benefit inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
• Provide general administrative support to the Benefits team and assist with related projects
