Responsibilities

• Support the administration of employee health, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Assist with processing benefit enrolments and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Reconcile benefit-related payroll deductions and identify discrepancies.
• Conduct data audits to ensure benefit information is complete and accurate.
• Investigate and resolve routine benefit data and deduction discrepancies.
• Respond to basic employee benefit inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide general administrative support to the Benefits team and assist with additional benefits-related projects.
