Responsibilities

• Support the administration of employee health, retirement, and wellness programs
• Assist with processing benefit enrolments and maintaining accurate employee data
• Reconcile benefit-related payroll deductions and identify discrepancies
• Conduct data audits to ensure benefit information is complete and accurate
• Investigate and resolve routine benefit data and deduction discrepancies
• Respond to basic employee benefit inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
• Provide general administrative support to the Benefits team and assist with related projects

Internship Overview

As Benefits Intern, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in the administration of employee health, retirement, and wellness programs. Students will build practical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real projects that support our business, customers and communities.

Day to Day

• Support the administration of employee health, retirement, and wellness programs
• Assist with processing benefit enrolments and maintaining accurate employee data
