Future Electronics, a global distributor of electronic components, is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to administer Canadian group insurance, retirement, disability, and wellness programs.

You will manage enrollments and changes, answer employee questions, support audits, renewals, and communications with providers while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.

This hybrid-role offers collaboration across teams and opportunities to contribute to wellness initiatives within a busy HR department.

Responsibilities

• Administer enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefit systems.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefit plans and coverage.
• Support disability administration and return-to-work processes.
• Administer insurance premiums for employees on leave and prepare related letters.
• Conduct quarterly benefits audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with benefit providers and process billing and payments.
• Present group insurance plans to new employees and support wellness activities.
• Assist with benefit renewals and employee communications.
• Attend meetings with providers and HR projects as required.
