Qualifications

• Hybrid role combining data analysis and administrative management.
• Advanced bilingualism in French and English required.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, for data analysis.
• Interest in HR systems (HRIS) and technology tools.
• Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits, with ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Verify, validate, and ensure integrity of compensation and benefits data.
• Conduct basic to intermediate compensation analyses and monitoring.
• Support benefits administration, enrollments, and vendor relationships.
• Communicate benefits programs to employees and support managers.
