Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers (inbound and outbound).
• Schedule service and maintenance retention appointments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and web leads.
• Update CRM with all customer communications and appointment details.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals as directed by the Service Manager.
