Dilawri Group of Companies in Mississauga, Ontario, seeks a BDC Service Coordinator to be the first contact for customers needing service, schedule appointments, and promote maintenance offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Automotive experience is a valued asset but not required).
• Strong written, phone, and digital communication skills.
• Organized, detail oriented, and calm under pressure.

• Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails in a professional contact-centre environment.

Dilawri Group in Ontariois nowactively searching for aBDC- Service Coordinator. Located at Dixie Road& Highway 401 in Mississauga, our team doesn’t just schedule serviceappointments, we create exceptional customer experiences! Pay Rate:

$40,000-$60,000/yr

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers scheduling theirvehicles for service
• Proactively connect with new and existing customers to promoterecommended maintenance and services
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails in a professionalcontact-centre environment
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership teams whilelearning about new promotions and services we offer
• Meet quality and performance benchmarks while delivering exceptionalservice
• Perform other tasks, based on management requirements andinstructions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Automotive experience is avalued asset but not required)
• Customer focussed mindset with strong written, phone, and digitalcommunication skills
• Team player with a positive, solution focussed attitude
• Ability to stay organized, detailed oriented, and calm underpressure
• High school diploma level education

Three-week Rotation Schedule:

• Weeks 1 & 2: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hourunpaid lunch)
• Week 3: Includes a Saturday shift – 7:30am to 4:30pm (a day offduring the week will be provided when Saturday is scheduled)

Rotation Cycle:

• This three-week schedule repeats continuously: two weeks ofMonday–Friday shifts followed by one week including a Saturday shift.
