Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong written, phone, and digital communication skills.
• Automotive experience is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers scheduling their vehicles for service.
• Proactively connect with customers to promote maintenance and services.
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails in a professional contact-centre environment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership teams while learning about new promotions and services we offer.
• Meet quality and performance benchmarks while delivering exceptional service.
• Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
