Performance Auto Group is seeking a Part-Time Floater Front Desk Administrator for our Head Office in Niagara. The role entails answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, and supporting multiple Niagara stores with on-call shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Reception and/or dealership experience is an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Niagara for coverage.
• Must be available days, evenings, and weekends as on-call.

Description

Performance Auto Groupis currently seeking aPart-Time Floater Front Desk Administratorto join our Niagara dealerships. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for answering and routing telephone calls and greeting new arrivals upon arrival to the sales floor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and succeed. As well, the candidate will not mind traveling throughout Niagara for receptionist shift coverage at our stores as required. As this position is on-call, Day and evening availability, along with weekends are also required.

• Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
• Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
• Motor vehicle licensing administration.
• Vehicle inventory administration.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Must have Daytime/evening and weekend availability as this position is on-call.
• May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
• A reliable motor vehicle is considered an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
• Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
• Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
• Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive is an asset.

Job Type:Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week) - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
