• Coordinate appointment availability for various makes and models.
• Accurately update and maintain customer and vehicle records in the system.
• Support dealership campaigns, service promotions, and appointment reminders.
• Escalate concerns as needed to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
