Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to reconnect with customers for follow-ups.
• Coordinate appointment availability for multiple makes and models.
• Update and maintain customer and vehicle records accurately.
• Support dealership campaigns, service promotions, and reminders.
• Escalate concerns to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Drive Ahead

• Answer inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments across multiple dealership locations
• Make outbound calls to reconnect with customers and schedule follow-ups
• Coordinate appointment availability for various makes and models
• Accurately update and maintain customer and vehicle records in the system
• Support dealership campaigns, service promotions, and appointment reminders
• Escalate concerns as needed to ensure excellent customer experience
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
