Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a BDC Administrator for Porsche Centre Markham, onsite in Markham, Ontario. You will schedule service appointments, call customers to confirm bookings, and manage reminder notices to ensure a smooth service flow.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills, and capable of delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule customer appointments.

• Communicate customer feedback to service advisor or service manager.
• Manage workflow by routing customers to service advisors.
