Job summary

Vector Restoration, a Pullman Company and part of Structural Group, seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its Vancouver and BC markets. You will engage owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors to generate opportunities in commercial construction and restoration.

Travel 70-80% across British Columbia and lead presentations, industry events, and network-building efforts while collaborating with operations and technical teams to deliver innovative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in commercial construction
• Strong network in the British Columbia construction market
• Experience calling on owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
• Construction, restoration, or specialty contracting experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors across the BC region
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial construction and restoration
• Lead sales presentations, lunch-and-learns, industry events, and networking initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to create innovative solutions for structural challenges
• Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to project award
• Drive revenue growth and expand VECTOR Restoration's market presence
