Job summary

Vector Restoration, a Pullman Company, seeks a driven Business Development Manager to expand presence in Vancouver and the British Columbia region. You’ll work with owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and contractors to develop opportunities across commercial, healthcare, higher education, and tech sectors.

You will lead sales efforts, present at events, and partner with operations to craft innovative solutions for complex structural challenges, traveling 70–80% across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales in commercial construction.
• Strong network in the British Columbia construction market.
• Experience calling on owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors throughout the British Columbia region.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial construction and restoration markets.
• Lead sales presentations, lunch-and-learns, industry events, and networking initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to develop innovative solutions for complex structural challenges.
• Manage the sales process from opportunity identification through project award and drive revenue growth.
