The Adventure Group is currently seeking energetic Bartenders and Servers for Stonesedge Kitchen in Whistler, BC. Join a lively team delivering memorable guest experiences in a craft cocktail and dining setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktail preparation.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic bar environment.
• Flexible schedule and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Cross-training in bartending and serving is an asset.
• Serving It Right certification.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
• Mix and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Process payments and accurately record sales.
• Maintain and track bar inventory, restocking as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware.
• Perform opening duties as needed, including setting up the bar, stocking garnishes, prepping ingredients, and ensuring all equipment is clean and operational.
• Perform closing duties as needed, including cleaning, securing the bar, and ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Follow all provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.

Your Days Will Look Like

• Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.

• Perform closing duties as needed, including cleaning, securing the bar, and ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Follow all provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.

Server:

• Greet guests, provide menus, and assist with seating when needed.
• Make food and drink recommendations and answer any questions.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Process payments accurately via credit card, debit, or cash.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.
