Job summary

Gibbons Whistler, part of Black's Pub’s hospitality group in Whistler, is seeking a motivated Support Team Member. You will help keep service running smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor, delivering items to guests, clearing tables, and assisting servers and bartenders to ensure a memorable guest experience.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided, and growth within Whistler’s dynamic hospitality group is supported.

Qualifications

• Serving It Right certification (19+).
• Hospitality experience is a bonus; training provided.
• Positive attitude and genuine guest service passion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service.
• Assist servers and bartenders with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
• Stock service stations and help prepare for busy periods.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow all food safety, health, and liquor service regulations.
• Support the team to create a seamless guest experience.

The Opportunity

Black's Pub is looking for an energetic and hardworking Support Team Member to help deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Whistler's pubs.

As a Support Team Member, you'll play a key role in keeping service running smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor. You'll assist servers and bartenders by running food, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue, and ensuring guests have everything they need for a great experience.

What You Bring to the Table

• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for guest service.
• Great communication skills with both guests and teammates.
• Ability to stay cool and collected in a fast-paced setting.
• Serving It Right certified (must be 19+).
• Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right fit!
