Job summary

The Adventure Group in Whistler is seeking outgoing bartenders for Moe Joe's Nightclub to bring energy and guest-focused service in a fast-paced nightlife setting.

You will mix and serve drinks, take orders, process payments, and promote experiences, with flexible schedules and staff perks. Benefits include tips, discounts on food and beverage, partner discounts, and accommodation deals.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Process payments and accurately record sales.
• Maintain and track bar inventory, restocking as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware.
• Perform opening duties as needed, including setting up the bar, stocking garnishes, prepping ingredients, and ensuring all equipment is clean and operational.
• Perform closing duties as needed, including cleaning, securing the bar, and ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Follow all provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.
