Job summary

Gibbons Whistler is seeking an outgoing Bartender for Moe Joe's Nightclub in Whistler. Bring energy to a fast-paced nightlife venue and create memorable guest experiences alongside a fun team.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from servers or guests.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Process payments and record sales accurately.
• Maintain and track bar inventory and restock as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including glassware washing.
• Perform opening duties and ensure equipment is clean and ready.
• Perform closing duties and secure the bar.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Follow provincial liquor laws and regulations.

Your Days Will Look Like

• Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Process payments and accurately record sales.
• Maintain and track bar inventory, restocking as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware.
• Perform opening duties as needed, including setting up the bar, stocking garnishes, prepping ingredients, and ensuring all equipment is clean and operational.
• Perform closing duties as needed, including cleaning, securing the bar, and ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Follow all provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.
