The Longhorn Saloon, owned by The Adventure Group in Whistler, seeks a Server Captain to lead the floor in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. You will deliver warm hospitality, drive sales, and guide the server team to exceptional guest experiences.

With 1–2+ years of serving experience and bottle service knowledge, you’ll mentor staff, uphold service standards, and stay calm under pressure while creating memorable evenings for guests and locals alike.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years serving in a busy venue
• Bottle service experience is a strong asset
• Confident, engaging communicator with guests
• Naturally sales-driven and comfortable asking for the sale
• Strong hospitality focus creating memorable experiences
• Proven ability to build rapport with guests and community
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to lead and support other servers
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Calm, solutions-focused under pressure
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and upsell

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, genuine Longhorn hospitality from guest arrival to service completion
• Efficiently manage your section while engaging guests and upholding standards
• Build rapport with guests and encourage repeat visits
• Confidently upsell food, drinks, premium products and experiences
• Lead and coach fellow servers to maintain pace and teamwork
• Communicate issues or feedback to Lead Server or Manager
• Drive revenue through product recommendations and community connections
• Maintain energy and set a positive tone for the floor
