Join our Restaurant Team as a Bartender, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Châteaux property recognized by Forbes, Michelin Key, AAA Four Diamond, and Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Hotels.

As a Bartender you will:

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times
• Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages and adhere to guest special requests
• Service of guests seated at the bar and preparation of beverages for In-Room Dining orders
• Use of Silverware Point of Sale system
• Thorough knowledge of cocktails and ability to develop new recipes around a creative cocktail program
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the Bar
• Inventory control & ordering
• Assist with Wine Cellar organization
• Work in a team environment and assist in The Pointe Restaurant as required
• Balance end of day financial transactions

• Self-motivation in learning extensively about wines and spirits
• A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview
