Job summary

RED Mountain Resort is hiring a Bar Person (Server/Bartender) for the 2026/27 Winter Season. You will provide attentive and professional service at the bar, taking and delivering orders, and recommending menu items to enhance guest experiences.

We seek energetic hospitality professionals with 2–3 years of serving experience, Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1 certifications, and a strong knowledge of food and beverage.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of serving experience in hospitality.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Serving It Right Certification and Food Safe Level 1 Certification.
• POS systems experience is an asset.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and working in indoor and occasional outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.

• Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and POS transactions as required.
• Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift.
• Support other outlets as needed.
