Job summary

RED Mountain Resort is seeking an energetic Food Runner / Busser for the 2026/27 Winter Season. You will deliver attentive, friendly service, take and deliver orders, and collaborate with the F&B team to ensure memorable dining experiences.

We welcome candidates with 2–3 years of serving experience, Serving It Right certification, and strong knowledge of food & beverage. This role offers staff perks and a dynamic mountain resort environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of serving experience in hospitality, resort, or restaurant settings.
• Serving It Right Certification (or local equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage basics and pairings.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items and pairings to guests.
• Follow policies and health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with culinary and other F&B teams for smooth service.
• Assist in maintaining table and bar areas, including bussing and side duties.
• Support other outlets as needed.

As a Food Runner/Busser at RED Mountain, you’ll be a key part of delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcome and every meal is memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, including food and beverage pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed.
• Collaborate with culinary and other F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift
• Support other outlets as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking energetic hospitality professionals who are passionate about service and eager to grow in a dynamic mountain resort setting.

You bring:

• 2-3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Serving It Right Certification.
• Experience with POS systems is an asset.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. working in indoor and outdoor settings.
