Job summary

RED Mountain Resort is hiring a Food Runner/Busser for the 2026/27 Winter Season to deliver memorable dining experiences on the mountain. You’ll be a key part of providing attentive service and ensuring each guest leaves satisfied.

You bring 2–3 years of serving experience, Serving It Right certification, and a solid knowledge of food & beverage. POS experience is a plus, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Serving It Right Certification.
• Experience with POS systems is an asset.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, including food and beverage pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed.
• Collaborate with culinary and other F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift
• Support other outlets as needed.
