Kelly Services is offering an Operations Officer II contract in Toronto, ON. The role is 100% onsite at 4880 Tahoe Boulevard, Mississauga, and runs from November 2, 2026 to April 1, 2027, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will process high volumes of bank wires, manage shared inboxes, and ensure data accuracy to meet SLAs. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in banking/financial services, strong Excel/Office skills, and excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Transaction processing experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
• Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Processing high volumes of financial transactions (bank wires).
• Managing shared inbox requests.
• Performing accurate data processing.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy.
• Supporting service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality standards.
