Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent - within 90 days of start date
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
• Proficiency in using MS Office, branch software and internet

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advisory needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to appropriate staff for banking solutions.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking trends.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Complete business processes accurately and in line with TD policies.
