Qualifications

• Effective communicator who can connect with customers in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Assess customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
• Promote banking solutions to meet business goals.
• Engage with customers to explain processes and next steps.
